Feelin Tip’sea is a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo located in One Particular Harbour. This gorgeous unit boasts all new furnishings and interior features. Enjoy modern beach-style decor with comfort, luxury and relaxation in mind! Located on the third floor, this unit features an open concept complete with full-size kitchen with breakfast bar and everything you’ll need to make a quick snack or full course meal. The living room features a flat screen TV and large sliding glass doors that completely opens the whole room to the enclosed lanai where you can relax after a long day in the sun or enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail.  This condo features 2 full-size bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom while the guest room features a king-size bed and built-in desk area where you can catch-up on emails or have a quiet place to work if you have to while on vacation.

One Particular Harbor offers award winning waterfront resort living on Florida's last private island. This lovely rental is an ideal place to spend your vacation, as it is equipped with many stunning amenities.

Resort amenities for short term stays (less than one month) include covered parking, free WiFi, private resort-style heated pool and cabana area, children's tot lot area, a splash zone, and BBQ grilling area with picnic tables. A deep water marina with wet and dry storage is now open to enjoy a restful stroll and a beautiful place to watch the sunsets. A Florida fish-house-style restaurant, Floridays, is now open and only a short walk away.

Long-term amenities: Guests who stay for 30 days or longer can enjoy additional amenities of Harbour Isle. These include the waterfront Beach Club with private pools, hot tub and beach, fully-equipped fitness center, sky bar and restaurant, yoga lawn, and kayak launch. Two additional private pools and hot tub are also included.  There is an exercise trail for morning jogs or leisurely sunset strolls along quiet waters of a large lagoon and lush landscaping throughout the community.
