The neighborhood has a 12 acre lake, beach and playground. There is parking for 6 cars at the home, a large yard with a playset and a firepit outside. Situated on a quiet street with only 6 homes it truly is peaceful. Wraparound deck with outside dining and lounging areas. The home has a dartboard,Sega game system,a library of movies and a foosball table in the media room, fireplace and a cooks kitchen with stainless appliances. Hunting and fishing are close by as are walking trails and bird watching. ATV friendly neighborhood and a mountain biking mecca, you will find this home has events for everyone. Within a 30 minute drive to 4 major ski areas, tubing and snowboarding. The lake contains some fun fishing for the young ones and is canoe friendly (no gas engines please).
