This marvellous country-house with 220qm of
housing space is surrounded by chestnut woods
and olive trees but at only five kilometers from the
sea.
It is silent with an excellent microclimate. It is near to
Rapallo and Santa Margherita Ligure (12 km),
Camogli (8 km) Genoa (20 km) and the airport of
Genoa (25 km).
The highway is quite close to (5 km) and within easy
reach are the golf area in Rapallo (18 holes), Tennis
Clubs and horse Ranches.
To reach the villa, you may leave the car on the
parking place and take the 60m alley to the entrance.
The country-house is situated in a area of ca. 1.500
qm with olive trees and access to ca. 500 qm of fitted
open spaces and terraces, private pool and every
comfort. The very tasteful arrangement and furniture
and the house itself with the different room highs
creates a charming and special atmosphere.
The ground floor has three rooms: a bedroom with
or a double bed or two single beds, a living room
with the possibility to have a bed there for two more
persons and a bathroom (with bathing tub).
The middle floor there are four rooms: a double
drawing room with a nice decorated open fireplace
and fitted kitchen closed to the room and another
bathroom (with shower). The drawing room opens to
a wide terraces with barbecue, 3m-table and 12 iron
chairs which has a great view to the olivetrees and
invites for relax or staying together with friends.
The high floor (under the roof) has three more
rooms, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The
bedrooms are one with double bed and the other
with two beds. |

In the above mentioned prices are included:
the gardener service (cleaning and watering of the
garden)
the pool maintaining
towels and beddings (1 change per 7 days)
Credit cards and cheques cannot be accepted, only
CASH.
At the moment of booking it is requested a 30%
account of the amount and, at arriving, a deposit of €
500,00. This will be paid back at the end of the stay
deducting the charges for gas, water and electricity.
Eventually caused damages at the house or the
furniture must be paid to the owner or another
person by him authorised before leaving.
