The Apartments
The Brébeuf-Parc Laurier Apartments are located on
the second floor of two-storey building. The owners
live on the first floor. Each apartment has 3 rooms and
1 bathroom.
One large bedroom is furnished with a queen bed,
bedside tables, a small desk and a walk-in closet. The
bedroom opens onto a nice private balcony. All bedding
is included. The bathroom is provided with the usual
amenities and has a washer-dryer component. Towels,
detergent, ironing board and iron are included. The
kitchenette is fully equipped and very functional: recent
fridge, stove and dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster,
china, glassware, pots and pans, cloths, etc. The living
room is nicely furnished and fully equipped: sofa-bed
for two, cable TV, DVD and CD players, high-speed
Internet access. A dining area completes the room.
The apartments are heated and air-conditioned.
Housekeeping is done between rentals. Arrangements
can be made for more frequents housekeeping during
a long stay. Simply inquire. |

To confirm your reservation, you will have to send us a
deposit of 25% of the rental fee in Canadian dollars
either by money order or through transfer to our bank.
The balance will be payable in cash or money order
upon your arrival.
A security deposit will be required at your arrival. It will
be refunded at departure minus any damages.
*Additional fees can be charged for additional persons.
†Goods and services tax (GST), Quebec sales tax (QST)
and tax on lodging.
Itinerary fromTrudeau Airport.
By car – From the airport exit , follow directions to
Montréal (via autoroutes 520 and 20). Continue to
autoroutes Côte-de-Liesse, 520 et 40. Approaching
the junction of autoroutes 520 and 40 (around 7 km
from the airport exit), keep left to take Autoroute 40.
Autoroutes 40, 117 and 15 will be announced. Follow
directions for Autoroute 40 Est (East) towards Québec.
Keep going on highway 40 for about 7 km until 73 exit
(St-Hubert, Christophe-Colomb and Papineau streets).
Leave the autoroute at 73 exit, keep left to Papineau
and Christophe-Colomb (Sud – South) (right is for St-
Hubert). At Christophe-Colomb street, turn right.
Continue on Christophe-Colomb until St-Grégoire
street (about 4 km). You will then be in front of Laurier
Park. You will have to drive round the park Turn right,
then left at the next corner (Mentana street). Keep
going on Mentana until Laurier street. Turn left on
Laurier, drive until Brébeuf street. Turn left on Brébeuf
and drive almost until the end of the park. You have
arrived!
By publis transit – Take the shuffle from the airport to
métro Berri-UQAM (about 25 min.). At the metro
station, take a cab to the apartment (about 15 min. and
12 $C), or take the metro (about 2 $C) direction Henri-
Bourassa (orange line) to Laurier station (3 stops). Exit
through the Rue Laurier exit (the other one being Rue
St-Joseph exit). Turn left on Laurier street, walk to
Brébeuf street and turn left. Walk to the address of the
apartment. You can also take a cab at Laurier station
(around 7 $C to the apartment).

Montreal.
Completely furnished and equipped, charming and
pleasant, our self-contained, well appointed
apartments will appeal to tourists as well business
people. For one week or a few months, you will find it
extremely convenient. Each apartment is 55 square
metres (600 square feet) and has one large bedroom
opening onto a private balcony, one bathroom, one
kitchenette, one bright and spacious living-room, and
all the necessary conveniences: washer-dryer, fridge,

An excellent apartment! Peaceful and beautifully
decorated in a 'minimalist with soul' style (the photos do
not do the place justice!) The owner is 'très sympa' and the
location is wonderful: a lovely neighbourhood with good
shops and restaurants, yet within easy reach of all
Montreal's sights. We loved it!

Un très beau studio bien équipé situé dans un quartier
très calme avec une vue sur un parc, parfait pour un
couple. Le centre ville est à environ 10 minutes de marche.
Le loueur est très sympatique et il nous à bien conseillé
les coins à visiter. Bref je louerais ce studio une nouvelle
fois sans hésiter.
