If extensive cleaning is needed by House Cleaner we will require additional charges. Vacate premises leaving it in a neat and tidy condition.-by 11 am. Please Note: Additional cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit for Extensive cleaning Angola on the Lake is in the Town of Evans and is west of the Village of Angola. The hamlet is located on the eastern shore of Lake Erie. ROUTE 5 TO BENNETT TO LAKESHORE HOUSE PARTIES ARE NOT ALLOWED – Guest(s) agree that no more than the number of persons listed on the reservation agreement shall occupy the premise overnight. If the unit is occupied by more than the number of persons stated, the result will be a loss of total rent, security deposit and/or additional charge to your credit card. Guests shall not disturb or offend any neighbors, discharge firearms or use fireworks of any kind in accordance with State of New York.

Property Description

Location, Location, Location - Facing West on lake Erie, this Lakefront Beach House is located between Mickey Rats and Bennett Beach on Iroquois Bay in Western New York. Angola on the Lake Beach House accommodates 10 guests with 1 bedroom downstairs and 3 bedrooms upstairs. Three bedrooms with queen beds on the lakeside of the house with deck overlooking Lake Erie. The other bedroom has 1 double and 1 double futon .  This home has two bedrooms upstairs with walk out deck for beach and lakeviews with 4 polywood loungers for relaxation.  The first floor offers walk out from master bedroom onto a covered porch with amazing lakeviews and beach views. 

All new hardwood flooring  throughout the first floor. 

Brand new custom arhaus couch that fits perfectly in the space and allows views of the lake from the entire couch. 

Kitchen offer everything needed to cook as well.  A new island has been added to kitchen and seating for 5. At the gorgeous  pottery barn wood table seats  8 guests. 

This is such a unique vacation rental accommodation that combines 2 outdoor elements of the woods and the beach. Woods in the front of the house and beachfront at the backside of the beach house. The sound of the waves rolling in and the sunset views as house faces west will make your vacation one to be remembered!  plenty of parking is a great benefit as well.

*Sturgeon Point Marina is a public facility with water slips, dry docks, restaurant, restroom facilities, gas, oil, bait, ice sales, and 4 launch ramps. The marina is located at 618 Sturgeon Point Road, Derby, New York 14047. Call 549-0970 for fees.
