Property Description
Sunny Daze is a seven-bedroom home with an open floorplan. It has stunning ocean views from both the top and mid levels. You can also access the beach easily from the top level. Each bedroom has fun, quirky and eclectic furniture.
Level 1:
Enjoy a game of pool in the tiled recreation area or a drink at bar with third refrigerator. Two bedrooms are located on the lower level: one with a King and semi-private bathrooms; one with a Pyramid bunk and twin trundle.
Level 2:
On the mid-level, there are four bedrooms. Two master bedrooms with King beds, each with their own bathrooms. They also have beautiful ocean views and access onto a wraparound deck with a hot-tub and plenty of seating. Two bedrooms with Pyramid bunks and Twin Trundles; full bathroom.
Level 3:
The great room is located on the second floor. It has vaulted ceilings, a large flat-screen TV, a DVD player and a stereo. You can enjoy a delicious family meal at one of the two eclectic dining tables that seats 16 (with 4 additional stools at its kitchen bar), or go outside to enjoy the home's picnic tables and ocean views from the deck. The fully-stocked kitchen includes 2 refrigerators, 2 microwaves, and 2 dishwashers. The master bedroom on the top floor also features a semi-private bathroom and a queen bed. Great for pets, the backyard is partially fenced.
Outside, you will find the large, private pool with two outside showers (one enclosed), a picnic area, and fenced backyard. The garage is enclosed and offers lots of family fun. Open the garage door to play a game or two of corn hole. The extra-long driveway can accommodate boats and trailers and has a goal for basketball. You can also hop on one of the bikes and play ping-pong. You can also rent beach chairs, toys, umbrellas, and a beach buggy. Relax and enjoy a barbecue on one of two gas grills (one park style, the other gas).
Sunny Daze is located near Nags Head. You can also see the dunes at Jockey Ridge State park, which is just a short drive away. There are several restaurants near the beach, including Old Nags Head Cafe and Grits Grill. There are many grocery stores near by, including Fresh Market and Food Lion. You can spend an afternoon shopping at Tanger Outlet Mall, which is less than three miles from the bypass. Sunny Daze is the perfect place to go on your next Outer Banks vacation. It offers everything you need for a wonderful week at the beach with your extended family.
