Relax and enjoy a luxury, bi-level condominium located in the resort community of Bethany Bay (Pavilions section). This unit is ideally suited for a single or multi-family vacation. It has been decorated and appointed to anticipate your every need while you unwind. You will enjoy the sunrise relaxing on the screened-in porch overlooking the lake and golf course, with bay views.
The first level of the home has an eat-in kitchen, a dining room, a living room with seating for ten, two bedrooms, each with king-size bed, two baths, a deck and a screened-in porch. Take the spiral staircase to the second level where you will find one bedroom with two (2) queen-size beds and one bedroom with a twin daybed and trundle, with shared bath. Enjoy TVs, stereo and VCR/DVD players or relax with cards (poker table and chips) or a board game (chess, checkers, backgammon or, for the little ones, Candyland)
TAKE AN ECO-TOUR OF THE INDIAN RIVER BAY AND FISH OR CRAB FROM YOUR PRIVATE ONE PERSON KAYAK OR TAKE THE FAMILY IN YOUR 14-FOOT CANOE (45 pounds, lightweight and stable, seats 2 adults and 1-2 kids) located at the boat ramp, around the corner from the unit. There is no need to pack sporting equipment; crabbing gear, fishing gear, life vests, bikes, golf clubs (use ours, bring your clubs, or rent at the Pro Shop), and other sports equipment are supplied free of charge. Video and reading library are included.
Friday evening check-in allows you to enjoy a full beach day on Saturday while everyone else is stuck in the Saturday check in/out rental traffic. Friday afternoon check out allows you family to sleep in and enjoy one last day on the beach.
If you wish to bask on the beaches in the town of Bethany use your exclusive town parking pass (free of charge). The Rehoboth Beach resort area with its tax-free outlet shopping is a short drive.
Amenities included with the unit (all FREE except golf) are swimming pool, hot tub, kiddie pool, tennis, club house, exercise room, basketball, beach volley ball, on-site golf (greens fees not included), boat ramp, biking and jogging on the 420-acre lush sanctuary of the Bethany Bay Resort. The environment provides an opportunity to observe great blue herons, deer, fox, and other wetland wildlife in its natural setting. Your Bethany Bay vacation also places you in close proximity to the beaches, shopping, entertainment, and restaurants of nearby Rehoboth Beach, Dewey Beach, and Fenwick Island, Delaware and Ocean City, Maryland.
The owners of this unit have a local property manager, who can assist with any problems. No smoking and no pets, please.
