Peak Season: Nov 21-29; Dec 19-Jan 3 '09
Rates range from $239-$309 per night.
High Season: '08 high-season dates are past. Rates ranged from $229-$289 per night.
Mid-Season: April 13-Aug 30
$139-$209 per night.
Low Season: Aug 31-Nov 20; Nov 30-Dec 18.
$129-$189 per night.
All rates are quoted in U.S. dollars, and are based on double-occupancy, in both beach-level and upper units. Each additional adult in any unit adds $20 per night; each additional teen aged 13-18 adds $10 per night. There is no charge for additional occupants 12 or under. Maximum adult occupancy in any suite is four adults. There is no added service fee or gratuity charge. A 9% government room tax will be charged on all bookings.
— Beach-level units provide a separate bedroom w/a queen-sized bed, and a comfortable queen-sized or full-sized sofa bed in the living room. Upper units provide provide a queen-sized bed and a sleep sofa both in the living room and on the loft. Upper and lower units can also be connected via an interior door and staircase.
---A non-refundable 20% deposit, payable by Visa or Mastercard, is required upon booking. Balances will be charged on a schedule which varies with the season, but generally is approximately 45-60 days before arrival. The full amount will be charged when an arrival is within 45 days. All charge transactions will be confirmed by email within 24 hours. Bookings by phone will also be accepted.
---If a personal or medical emergency causes cancellation, we will provide a credit toward an alternate stay, at a time agreeable to both the guest and the resort. A $100 re-booking fee will be charged to cover administrative expenses. Refunds for non-emergency cancellations, less the non-refundable 20% deposit and a $100 administrative fee, will be made only if the guest provides ample written notice and the resort is able to rent the same accommodation, for the same dates, to others.

Belize lies on the eastern or Caribbean coast of Central America, bounded on the north and part of the west by Mexico, and on the south and the remainder of the west by Guatemala. The inner coastal waters are shallow and are sheltered by a line of coral reefs, dotted with islets called 'cayes', extending almost the entire length of the country.
