The living room door opens out on to a balcony on the gulf that has seating for six. You can have your morning coffee and watch the island come alive or relax with a drink on your patio while soaking up all the natural beauty that is found along the Gulf's shore.
Private access to the beach from the unit is rather easy paces away from the ocean front swimming pool.
The complex features gated security and assigned covered parking.
After a day at the beach, take a dip in the one of the two swimming pools, one swimming pool overlooks the beach or relax in the covered 10x10 Jacuzzi. The condo complex is never crowded.

Our family of four were delighted with Andy's condo. The view of the ocean from the balcony was the highlight of our vacation. We saw the sunrise with coffee every day. It doesn't get any better than that! The furnishings are stunning; however, the beds are what matters most...they match any of those at the high-end hotels. My family go to SPI at least twice a year for the last 15 years so we are very familiar with a lot of the properties and accommodations. This one ranks up there with the best. The view is awesome and the condo is nicely furnished with everything that you can think of . It even had a smoothie machine on the wet bar. Andy is also gives top quality customer service. He called when we checked in to make sure we were satisfied and he was just a pleasure to work with. This property is also a private property which also made our stay special. If you are considering this property, then look now more. This is definitely the one you want.

Our South Padre Island experience was wonderful. The view from the balcony was spectacular and Andy's condo had all the amenities of home. He made sure we had absolutely everything we needed, and was so accommodating in every aspect of the rental. I would definitely recommend renting Andy's condo. We would stay again on our next trip!

What a wonderful week we had. I don't know what to say was the best - the Condo, the beach, the view or the weather! All were spectacular. This was our third year to vacation in South Padre but by far the best accomodations we have booked. The condo has everything you can imagine including little extras like beach toys, juicer, iron and board, etc. Plus, big extas like washer/dryer, Sat TV in every room and wireless internet (which my teenagers can't live without)...Thanks Andy for a great place to stay.
