This top floor (no elevator) 3 bedroom, 2 bath duplex is across the street from the Beach with great view of the Lagoon. There is underneath parking for 2 cars and storage for beach equipment, plus a grill. The large open living area has queen-size sleep sofa, dining table that seats 6, plus 4 bar chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a view of the Gulf. There is an electric range, dishwasher, built-in microwave, garbage disposal & side-by-side refrigerator with door dispensers. There is a full width front porch with access from the living area & master bedroom & rear porch with good Gulf view. The master suite has private bath with double shower and separate garden tub. The second bath has tub/shower & room with stackable washer/dryer. This low-density complex has only 10 units to share the pool. There are 4 TV's (with cable), VCR, DVD & stereo for your off-beach enjoyment. Our snowbirds told us the photos do not show just how large this unit is. Come see for yourself.
