Splendid amenities include a large great room with game area, large 7-8 person outdoor hot tub, high end furnishings, complete kitchen with blender food processor and basic staples, microwave, dishwasher, 4 full baths, 2 decks, gas and charcoal grills, telephone, TV with Dish 150 programming with HBO, Cinemax, Starz, Showtime & 100 Music Channels DVD/VCR player, CD/tape stereo system in great room, individual thermostats in each bedroom, dining area, washer & dryer and 2 hot water heaters. All towels linens are included. The house is located 4 miles from Winter Park Ski Area on the Fraser River and Fraser River Trail. This property is on the Winter park free bus route.

Payment is only accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner.
Payment Terms-An initial deposit equal to two nights lodging is required at time of booking. The final payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Security Deposit-A refundable security deposit of $200 is due with the final payment. The deposit is held for any damages to the house or any charges to the house such as telephone, etc. The refund will be returned with 30 days following departure. Additional $100 deposit required for pet.
Cancellation Terms
A full refund, less a $100 service charge, if canceled 60 days prior to arrival or before. If the reservation is canceled within 59 days of arrival, all money shall be forfeited unless space is rebooked, at which time a refund will be granted for all days re-booked, less the $100 service charge. Failure of any payment may cause the reservation to be canceled.
Length of stay:
If after arrival you decide to shorten your stay, no monies will be refunded unless nights are rebooked.
Availability of lodging will determine if you stay can be extended.
Check-in/Check-out Procedures
Check in time is 4:00pm; checkout time is 10:00am. If you would like a later checkout please contact us 24 hours prior to see if this can be arranged. Management reserves the right to charge 1/2 of the daily rate if a guest stays past the 10:00am checkout time without prior approval.
