Downtown Breckenridge, right off of Hwy 9 for easy access.
Architecturally built for a view of the mountains from every window, you
will find quiet serenity yet be close to all the action.
On the main floor is a beautiful great room with fireplace connected to
the gourmet kitchen. The kitchen is equiped with all stainless steel
appliances, granite counter tops and plenty of room for the chef. The
deck off the kitchen is a great place to enjoy the outdoors and

On the lower level is the den. There you will be able to enjoy the
recreation room with seating area, television, x-box, and pool table. This
area also contains bunk beds offering 6 twin size beds.

and horseshoe pit.
