THE PERFECT BEACH CONDO ON THE BEACH-FRONT! This is a beautiful beach-front CABANA located on the western part of the Island of Oahu. The white sandy beach here is soft and silky with a spectacular white water view from every room. The water is that beautiful aqua blue color and continuous surf that you can swim, snorkel, ride the waves, or sit on the beautiful beach and just watch. The beautiful sound of the Ocean will lull you to sleep.
NEWLY REMODELED: We finished a complete renovation in February of last year. We totally gutted the entire unit and re-designed the floor space to give vacation renters a view of the ocean from every room.
THE KITCHEN: A brand newly designed kitchen with all the amenities. The custom counters are done in all Maple Butcher Block, with custom white cabinets, Maple Wood interiors,and glass fronts. The all white Appliances are all new and all "top of the line", which include a 32 bottle built-in wine cooler, dishwasher, unique oven that features combo cooking with all in one, convection, top browing and microwave that will prepare your meals in half the time.
WE PROVIDE EVERYTHING! All cooking utencils, dishes, flatware, and small cooking applianceS. You won't have to bring or purchase anything!
THE BATHROOM: All newly designed with a shower done in travertine stone, a beautiful pedestal sink and lovely wainscoat beadboard walls. The Pottery Barn look. There are lots of fresh and fluffy towels provided.
THE LIVING ROOM & BEDROOM: Floor to ceiling bead-board painted a soft creamy beige with white crown-molding throughout the unit. A Queen Sleeper Sofa in Koa Wood frame, and floral Hawaiian print.
THE BEDROOM: This room is right on the beach-front with continuous sounds of the beautiful surf coming into the shore. The Bed has a Queen Pillow Top Luxury Mattress, and the sheets and pick-stitch pastal comforter make this an inviting and cozy room. We believe in buying above average bed linens and keep pillows fresh and clean.
ISLAND STYLE DECOR: All the furniture is new and done in an Island Style Decor.
The Queen Sofa Bed & matching Chair, is in the popular Hawaiian Island Koa Wood, and the fabric is a beautiful soft yellow & green tropical banana leaf Hawaiian print.
DINE OVER LOOKING THE OCEAN: Table & chairs overlook the spectacular ocean view with swaying Coconut Palms that you can almost touch.
ABOUT MAKAHA: Located on the Western part of the Island, it is away from all the noisy Waikiki crowds. The beautiful aqua colored ocean and white sandy beaches are spectacular. If you're looking for a relaxing vacation with a very laid-back style, this is the place. The beautiful beach is right beneath your condo where you can spend quite and restful time doing nothing, or get more active and swim, snorkel, or surf right in front of your unit. Turtles and Dolphins are spotted daily and in the winter months, Whales are in abundance as they make their annual trip to our warm waters.
DINING IN MAKAHA: All the basic fast-food restaurants are within five minutes as well as several local specialty cafe's.
Golf Courses: There are also two gorgeous Golf Courses that are only a five minute drive up into Makaha Valley, and both have spectacular ocean views from every hole. The Golf Resort has dining 7 nights a week and the food is outstanding.
OTHER ACTIVITIES: A twenty minute drive, back toward Honolulu, takes you to the beautiful Ko Olina Resort. Ko Olina is
surrounded by an award winning golf course, five star and casual dining, and lots of beach activities. There are three Marriott Properties within the Resort, and three residential communities. The famous Paradise Cove Luau, rated number one on the entire island,is inside the Resort. Also just outside the Resort is the Adventures Water Park, a brand new Golf Putting Game, 16 Plex Theater, and lots of shopping in the small town of Kapolei.
SPECIAL NOTES: Our condo is an end corner unit on the 4th floor. This gives you a wonderful beach view where you can see everything that is going on and also provides more privacy. Almost every-night at Sunset, you will hear the beautiful sound of the Conch Shells being blown that has become a special tradition with the homeowners at our Turtle Cove Beach. It is really magical and adds to the uniqueness of this property.
THE RATES:
Our rates are very affordable. Please email us or give us a call to find out about our special discounted prices.
OTHER FEES: All Rates are subject to an 11.92% Hawaii State Taxes.
DEPOSITS REQUIRED: We require a 50% Deposit to hold a reservation. This is 100% refundable if we receive your written notice (emails accepted) 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. The balance is due 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival.
CLEANING FEE: $100 and is non-refundable.
SECURITY/KEY DEPOSIT: We require a separate check for $300 that is held in your file and not cashed unless there is damage to our unit. This is mailed back to you 10 to 15 days after your scheduled departure.
NO SMOKING AND NO PETS! This is a very strict rule of ours, and we discourage anyone that smokes from renting from us.
The Building Management prohibits anyone from smoking on Lanai's, and you must be 20 feet away from the outside of the building to smoke.

Hawaii offers Year-Round Vacation Weather!
The winter months generally range from 78 to 83, with some rain. We are on the West/Leeward Side of the Island, often called the "Sunny Side of the Island".
Summer temperatures are mostly somewhere in the mid to high 80's with the wonderful trade winds to keep us cool.

This was a beautiful unit, and we really enjoyed being right on the ocean front. Condo was very nicely decorated, with everything new. Love the cottage style decor. Very cozy and comfortable furniture. This was one of the nicest beaches I've ever been on. Perfect place for a honeymoon couple! Clark & Cary Murphy, California.
