The house features two spiral staircases -- one in the foyer and a "secret" back staircase leading from the kitchen to the master suite, a grand piano, spacious living room with satellite TV, DVD, a separate dining room, and a large, eat-in country kitchen. Relax on the wrap-around porch, grill on the back terrace, or romp with the kids on the 1/2 acre lawn. Is it your turn to cook dinner? Just walk to Alley's General Store or the famous Vineyard Farmer's Market that offers fresh picked flowers, fruits, vegetables, herbs, baked goods, and other island culinary delights twice a week during the summer.
The house is located near two of the island's most beautiful beaches, Lambert's Cove (calm) and Long Point (surf), which require a special permit obtainable when you rent. Stroll down "Music Street", enjoy the neighborhood art galleries, or explore the lovely network of island bicycle paths.
