You will feel right at home in this Beautifully appointed spacious 1-bedroom casita, with spectacular golf range and Santa Rita mountain views from your living room and patio; fully furnished and ready for your enjoyment, utilities are included... with high speed Internet, located in the Desert Hills Casitas subdivision of Green Valley.... There are two twin beds, night stand, and a dresser in the bedroom, dining area, living area includes a queen size sofa sleeper, and lazy boy recliner; kitchen equipped with full size appliances; electric range, refrigerator/ice maker, built-in microwave, disposal and dishwasher. For your convenience there is a stack washer & dryer in a Laundry closet off the northeast facing patio, covered assigned parking is provided...just steps away from your front door. Temporary guest membership privileges in Green Valley Recreation are available with this lovely rental property. This property is a age restricted, 1 person in the party must be at least 55 years old.

Cancellation Fees - 65 days and over $425.00.
If you cancel fewer than 90 days before your arrival date, no rental deposit can be returned unless a replacement booking is obtained. Sorry, no refunds after lease start date.
Reservations for less than 1 month during our peak season are based on availability and are not booked until Dec 16th.

Golf Information: There are 6 golf courses in Green Valley that are open to the public. These courses are beautifully landscaped and offer a challenge to all levels of play.

This rental is extremely well furnished, even face soap, hand lotion, wash cloths and paper towels.
There is a complete kitchen, bath, and washer/dryer with all supplies. The collection of movie cassettes is well organized and extensive. Cox cable TV is available on a large rear projection TV set. East facing rear patio greets the morning sun. Twin beds are very comfortable and come with complete bedding. A large Safeway is nearby including a Starbucks corner. As a consequence we ate nearly all meals in. It felt almost as convenient as our own home. Highly recommend to a couple. It would be pretty crowded for four.
Pool and exercise facilities are off site a few miles away.
Recommended for: Age 55+, and Sightseeing
