Villa Finistere is one of St. Barts' premier vacation villa rental properties. The new Villa Finistere is a stunning vision in white in an oasis of green set against a hillside in St. Barts' Flamands Beach. It has garden views and is only steps from the beach.
This deluxe and affordable rental villa accommodates four persons in two air-conditioned bedrooms with ensuite baths featuring Jacuzzi Tubs wrapped in mahogany; and one of the bedrooms is in its own guesthouse with separate rear entrance. (Privacy for everyone!) The guesthouse is not rented separately. Villa Finistere's neighbor the 5-Star Hotel St. Barts Isle de France welcomes Villa Finistere guests. The Isle de France was selected St. Barts' top hotel by Conde Nast Traveler Magazine.
Villa Finistere was designed by an award winning team of Franco-American architects. Its rooms, patios, veranda and private pool joined together in a flowing space bordered by a luxuriant garden. Finistere is in the middle of everything St. Barts' Flamands Beach has to offer, yet its serenity and seclusion behind towering Ficus bushes and stone walls offer guests complete privacy.

The lulling sound of Flamands Beach's soft surf beckons Finistere's guests to cross the road and spend days on the beach's broad, white expanse. An assortment of beach chairs and picnic baskets are at the villa for guests to take to St. Barts' 22 legendary beaches.
The design and villa amenities were realized with guests' desires in mind. Hair dryers are in each en suite bath; an outdoor shower with teak bench is ready for your return from the beach; Jacuzzi tubs framed in mahogany are in the baths; Welcome baskets bursting with wine, cheese, fruit and savory delicacies are in the villa for guests' arrivals.
Guests at Villa Finistere are a telephone call away to any country in the world. Computer internet access is easy to arrange. Cordless direct dial telephones, answering machine and Fax enable Villa Finistere guests to stay in worldwide communication with business and social friends.
White, blue and gold bathe the salon where the day can begin and end relaxing in armchairs and a sofa. An entertainment center with satellite TV, VCR and a CD-Tape Player is here, as well as a tower of CDs for listening. Books and magazines ranging from current events to art and antique collecting line shelves. Reach the outside world quickly and efficiently by direct dial telephones from the salon. A Fax machine and computer access are on an independent line from the villa telephone line. The salon is climate controlled.
Dining is a delight at Villa Finistere. The formal dining room seats eight persons and the views are of the luxuriant villa garden. Overhead the blue blades of the ceiling fan turn and reflect in the shimmering glass top dining table. China, silver, linens and glassware are here for an intimate dinner or a festive party. The dining room is climate controlled. Chef service is available for formal dinners.
The Master Bedroom offers a Queen-size bed and a chaise lounge. Spacious closets with hangars and a double drawer bureau provide generous storage. There is an en suite bath featuring a mahogany Jacuzzi tub and mahogany vanity. Bathrooms are equipped with hairdryers. The Master Bedroom is climate controlled. A discrete wall safe offers security for valuables and documents.
The guest bedroom, with patio, is in a pavilion steps from the main villa and is not rented separately. Morning coffee is a delight on the patio! The guest bedroom has the same fine furnishings as the villa master bedroom. Twin beds can be configured to a king-size bed. Spacious closets and double drawer bureau offer generous storage. The en suite bath is appointed with a Jacuzzi tub framed in mahogany, and a mahogany vanity with a custom ebony china sink. A gold-framed mirror overhangs the vanity. The guest bedroom pavilion has a separate rear entrance offering privacy for its guests. The guest pavilion is climate controlled. A discrete wall safe offers security for valuables and documents.

Gold-framed mirrors overhang the vanities. Hairdryers are in the mahogany cabinets. Relax after a day on the beach in the Jacuzzi tubs and prepare for the evening.
The veranda offers private space for a tete-a-tete or simply a long read of a good book. French doors open from the salon to the veranda. Ficus bushes and flowering plants border the verandaís path leading to the pool or the stairs to the gated courtyard.
The gas-fired Weber Grill offers cookouts on the patio. A garden table and chairs beckon diners to relax with views of the flowering hillside and stone walls built into the sloping garden.
Villa Finistere's private pool is framed by a sprawling deck and towering ficus bushes. Plenty of privacy to sun and soak in the pool. A serving cart is there to hold beverages and food for random snacks and parties. Chaise lounges and chairs offer comfort and relaxation.
The garden was designed by a St. Barts landscaper, and it surrounds the entire villa. Brilliant flowers and verdant foliage climb the handcut stone walls that cut across the garden's sloping hillside. From every window in Villa Finistere guests can view the garden's luxuriant beauty.
Flamands Beach is a sixty second walk from Villa Finistere's gates. It is a wide expanse of white sand and called St. Barts' most beautiful beach. Uncrowded and leisurely, Flamands Beach beckons back visitors year after year.
