The Bloomer Mansion is a three story, 18 room, ocean-front Victorian Home located in Seaview Washington; one mile to downtown Long Beach and Ilwaco. The beach is an eight minute walk on a private nature path.
The Mansion has six elegant bedrooms (5 queen and 1 king bed), all decorated with antiques from the 19th and early 20th centuries. Fold-out mattresses, a toddler bed and a crib can accommodate up to 6 children.
The Bloomer Mansion has all the comforts of today, with the charm of years gone by. Guests are greeted by an 800 square foot elegant living room, still decorated with the original wallpaper from 1932, a 1904 grand concert piano, black marble fireplace, two seating areas with four sofas, beautiful antiques, 42” Flat Screen TV, and a large formal dining room that seats twelve.
For the chef in the family: a fully stocked country kitchen has everything needed to create a holiday feast.
For children 6 and under, the mansion has a play-den tucked beneath the winding stairway that is filled with toys. The Mansion also includes a crib, two highchairs, a 3-wheel jogging stroller, booster seats, bed-rail and toys for infants.
For older children, teens, and the young-at-heart, the mansion has two basement recreation rooms with pool, ping pong, foosball, and bumper pool tables.
Downstairs also includes a dartboard, 50" Plasma HDTV, expanded cable, DVD player and an XBOX 360 Pro with the most popular games. We also stock the mansion with over 30 board games, 20 puzzles, an oversized doll house and much more.
A new 5 person Clearwater Spa with 86 fully adjustable jets is just below the large outdoor deck with stainless steel barbeque.
The Bloomer Mansion Estate includes 6 acres of shoreline pines, coastal dunes, and oceanfront property. The Seaview beach approach is only two blocks north, with driving access to 28 miles of pristine beach.

"Every inch of the house was put to use - pool tournaments, hot tub relaxation, family meals for twelve (all at the same table), space and toys for the four and five year olds to play, and large bedrooms where the porta crib easily fit for the 5 month old. One of our highlights was when the living room was transformed into a theater for the family talent show. The house is beautiful without being too fancy to enjoy.
