The villa opens with arches on all sides & has three equal air conditioned master suites each with full bath and dressing room, which make it an ideal choice for one to three couples. The kitchen has every modern convenience and is decorated with an unusual blue marble stone counter top and all lovely mahogany cabinets. The entire villa is elegantly furnished and has fine china, crystal and numerous works of art to soothe the mind. Music is piped throughout the home including the living room gazebo. Push a button and the gazebo walls come down to protect you from any brief rain showers.
The huge lap pool with gazebo is perfect for swimmers or guests who just want to soak up the sun with privacy. Security is so complete you don't even lock the villa doors or windows so it feels like outside is inside and inside is outside during your entire stay.
Upon completion of their first stay at this magnificent villa many guests plan a return to Joie de Vivre "Joy of Life," rather that a return to St. Martin. There are a lot of stairs, something to keep in mind for those w/bad knees or other ailments. The path to the beach is a 1 minute walk, town and shops are a 10 - 15 minute drive...
This St. Martin home is one of the finest rental villas in the Caribbean. It represent a good value. It can be rented for three couples or for two or even one couple at a reduced rate in the low season
