This 2 bedroom villa is the newest addition to villa La Provencale (Please see property #9258) an adjacent 5 BR super deluxe estate. It offers complete privacy with beautiful gardens and a separate private entrance with electronic gate. The views are of the sea looking out to Baie Long beach. Guests can watch lovely sunsets and see in the distance, planes landing on St Martin and every cruise ship as it drifts in or out of the island.
The floor plan is completely open with a large living room and kitchen and walls that open up for luxurious outdoor living on a large nicely furnished patio. There are two master bedroom suites that feature king sized beds, private baths with showers and hair dryers, air conditioning, ceiling fans, French doors, screens and all of the luxuries expected in a fine home.
