Nestled on a very secluded hillside in a gated community, this Mediterranean style villa offers a lot of privacy. Its spacious living areas open dramatically to a panoramic view of Simpson Bay. Escapade also provides access to a private marina and tennis court. Two of the bedrooms feature king size beds. The third and fourth bedrooms have twin beds. All bedrooms have private bathrooms with showers, A/C, ceiling fans and screens. The living room is furnished with rattan and traditional French furniture. This villa includes not only a large swimming pool, but a marina and tennis court access. Marigot and the grocery store is a 10 minute drive away. It is only 2 minute drive to the beach...
