Steps from SoCal's soft-sand beaches and one of California's most famous surfing & boogieboarding beaches, this condo is a great getaway for couples, families or singles searching for some fun in the sun.
Our condo is located in Dana Point, home of the Festival of Whales, the Ocean Institute and the Tall Ships Festival. Dana Point Harbor has cruises to Catalina Island, whale-watching and sportsfishing adventures, jet ski and boat rentals.
We're located close to several of Southern California cities and guests should explore the many sites offered to them. Laguna Beach, with fine art galleries and great eateries, lies just north about 4 miles and is home to the Pageant of the Masters, Sawdust Festival and the Festival of the Arts. San Diego and Hollywood are to the North and South and there are several amusement parks nearby including Disneyland and Legoland. Come on out to California, there's something for everyone to enjoy.

We take Visa/MasterCard (2.6% convenience fee is added).
$500 deposit due at the time reservation is made. Deposit will be returned within 14 days of departure, less $175-250 cleaning fee
(depending on size of group).
Rental fee is due 45 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations received 30 days or less from the arrival date shall be subject to a $500 cancellation fee and 50% of the rental fee.
Check-in time is 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.
Additional charge for more than 5 people.
Additional charge for pets.
