This vacation rental is divided into two separate, fully functional accommodations with full kitchens. The entire house can be rented by one group, and two separate units are available for privacy when required! The property is divided into two separate units: an upstairs unit and one downstairs unit. The staircase in the game room/garage leads directly to the upper accommodation. The staircase leads to a sunroom enclosed in glass. The REMODELED upstairs features a large open concept living, dining and kitchen area. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots and saucepans to meet the cooking needs of guests. The bedrooms include two (2) master suites with attached bathrooms and walk-in wardrobes, as well as two (2) additional bedrooms.
The downstairs accommodation includes a fully-stocked kitchen, a living room, and a dining area. The downstairs accommodation has two (2) bedrooms, the master suites. Each of these rooms comes with a bathroom and walk-in wardrobe. There are six (6) bedrooms in the house. One additional bedroom has a private entry located near the pool. This bedroom has a bathroom attached. The heated private pool is a great way to relax, whether you're trying to beat the summer sun or enjoying a warm swim during the winter. The BBQ area makes a great place for family cookouts. After you're done cooking, you can relax by your own private firepit! The driveway can accommodate up to five (5) cars.

We had a wonderful time. The house is close to the beach - an easy walk. My foot was in a cast, and it was still easier than I anticipated. The beds were comfortable and the kitchens worked great. There was also ample parking for our large group.
Great for multi family or large family vacation

We needed a seven bedroom house and wanted a pool as well. This fit the need and we didn't’ have any issues. The pool was smaller than we expected and It would have been nice to have more outdoor furniture. The sun loungers were awkward and uncomfortable. Inside the bedrooms were spacious and sparse and the upstairs bathrooms could use some work. Kitchen was stocked well towels were enough for each guest. We had 13 people with us. There are no pool towels. SPI rentals was awesome to work with. They were available throughout the entire process. I definitely would rent from them and recommend the house.

Was very comfortable and spacious for the large family we are. Security did great and kept the spring breakers away so we felt safe with all the little one out by the pool. Would rent again

This property served our group of 8 adults and 8 children very well. It has 2 separate floors with 2 bedrooms down and 4 up plus a very accommodating room by the pool which went unused because we had 4 smaller kids who wanted to sleep on 2 sofa beds downstairs. Two upstairs bedrooms have two double beds and we would prefer one of the rooms being a queen or king. That configuration would have provided 4 couples with a private suite including a bathroom. The property was clean as was the heated pool. It is older but provided a great room upstairs where all of us could gather. The management company was excellent and responded within 5 minutes on the occasions we had to call ... and this was over the Christmas holidays. They were professional and friendly with our family even locking ourselves out. Lastly, it is about 3 minutes from the beach.

The house was clean, easily accessible and worked out great for my large family. We have 6 children, so each was afforded their own room and we only had to have 2 families share a bathroom. We had no issues at all in the house. It worked out fantastic!

We loved the place. Our only suggestion was to offer a beach wagon (with the property or for rental) to help haul our stuff back and forth from the rental to the beach.
