A SPACIOUS FAMILY RESORT WITH PRIVATE HEATED POLOL AND HOT TUB. Welcome to 204 West Acapulco. This 8 bedroom home has 4,300 square feet of living space and can accommodate up to 27 people in beds. It is a great vacation rental for large families. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the dishes and pots, pans and utensils you need to prepare delicious food. The living room on the first floor is equipped with both a large screen TV and a pool table. The backyard can be accessed easily from the living/dining room. This beautifully landscaped back yard offers a heated pool and hot-tub where guests can relax, and let their worries float away in the island breeze. This home has many balconies... over 1400 square feet! The 2nd and third floors have balconies in the front and rear of the home. These balconies can be accessed from the bedrooms, and offer a great place to enjoy the view of the bay. The perfect place to enjoy South Padre Island sunsets! The spacious two-car garage and driveway are available for guests to park their vehicles.
This home is within walking distance to the entertainment district, shops and restaurants, so you're never too far from a good night out. The bay access is right next to the home, which allows guests to fish and enjoy the view of the Laguna Madre Bay. This property has everything! There are two separate living rooms and a sunroom on the third floor, so there is enough space for everyone to relax when not at the pool. Six large flat-screen televisions ensure that no one misses the big game or favorite show. South Padre Island's sandy beaches are only minutes away if you want to leave the house.
Each reservation comes with a starter pack of essentials (toilet tissue, paper towels and trash bags, as well as soap, shampoo/conditioner and dish soap). You may need to purchase extra items if you have more guests or a longer stay. Please note that certain items may not be provided or guaranteed in the home. We recommend that you bring the following items to make your stay more enjoyable. Bottled water, hairdryer, ice and cooler, beach towels and chairs, toys, floats and sunblock, extra blankets, pillows, pack-n'-play, highchair, stroller, child gates and/or a first aid kit. Furniture may also differ from the picture as it is updated periodically to replace wear and tears.

We loved how big the house was. The space was perfect for our family reunion, the heated pool was a bonus too. It was fully furnished. I liked the SPI rentals service, SPI agents were really helpful and whenever we needed something fixed they were on top of it.

The house was laid out perfectly. Ample room for everyone. Especially loved the back patio and pool area. I would suggest providing a layout of the light switches. They are not in the traditional spots. In some cases they were located on the back wall of the rooms. We would definitely stay at this property again.

The house was beautiful and lived up to the pictures. The SPI team have the best customer service and our family felt like we were in paradise. We had 17 people. The house had all the amenities needed to enjoy the area!

Very nice place to stay! Home is large enough for a large group and the house is not noisy in the bedrooms even when there is a lot of activity on the first floor or in the pool. Main disadvantage at this home is that most rooms have no closet for hanging clothes. This is not a problem for beachwear but if any formal clothes are needed you will need to hang the clothes in one of the rooms that has a closet. There also needs to be a light in the downstairs bedroom closet where the washer and drier are located. Overall, very nice home with a lot of outdoor space including multiple balconies and nice backyard pool and patio.

We had the pleasure to stay at 204 W Acapulco and I must say the home was amazing!! The home is perfect for family get togethers or if your just looking to get away for the weekend. The home is huge and has individual rooms giving you that home away from home feeling. We really enjoyed the private pool and large kitchen area. We where able to enjoy the boxing match in Saturday night on the 70 in TV. The home has that brand new new smell to it and was very clean. We had all the amenities within a hands reach. I definitely recommend this home for a vacation getaway. It's huge, amazing but still maintains the island feel to it!!! Jessica and her staff where amazing!! Thank you we def will be back!!
