Ultra modern oceanfront house! 5106A Gulf Boulevard is a sleek oceanfront home with 5 bedrooms and 5 1/2 bathrooms that can accommodate up to 16 people. Step inside the kitchen to find stainless steel appliances, a large island and a fully-stocked kitchen. The open concept allows you and your friends to move freely between the kitchen, dining room, and living area. This is a great house for entertaining. The living room has a large flat-screen TV and opens to the pool area.

On the ground floor, there is one guest room with a King-size bed and a private bathroom. On the second floor are three other guestrooms with King, Queen, and Full-size beds as well as their private bathrooms. The Master Suite is also located here, along with an additional sleep space that features a Twin size bed, perfect for children or teenagers. The Master Suite features a King-size bed, flat-screen TV, private oceanfront balconies, and a private Master bath. The bathroom features a soaking tub with a walk-in shower and oversized vanity with double sinks.

Relax in the hot-tub, swim laps at the private pool or spend a day on the beach with your own private boardwalk. Spend the day at South Padre Island's many restaurants, shops and entertainment venues or at Wanna Wanna Beach Bar & Grill next door!
