New Construction! Ultra modern oceanfront house! 5106B Gulf Boulevard is a sleek oceanfront home with 5 bedrooms and 5 1/2 bathrooms that can accommodate up to 14 guests. Step inside the kitchen to find stainless steel appliances, a large island and a fully-stocked kitchen. The open concept allows you and your friends to move freely between the kitchen, dining room, and living area. This is a great house for entertaining. The living room has a large flat-screen TV and opens to the pool area.
On the ground floor, there is one guest room with a King-size bed and a private bathroom. On the second floor are three other guestrooms with King, Queen, and Full-size beds as well as their private bathrooms. The Master Suite is also located here, along with an additional sleep space that features a Twin size bed, perfect for children or teenagers. The Master Suite features a King-size bed, flat-screen TV, private oceanfront balconies, and a private Master bath. The bathroom features a soaking tub with a walk-in shower and oversized vanity with double sinks.
Relax in the hot-tub, swim laps at the private pool or spend a day on the beach with your own private boardwalk. Spend the day at South Padre Island's many restaurants, shops and entertainment venues or at Wanna Wanna Beach Bar & Grill next door!

This place was beautiful and the beach was perfect. They were working on the ramp to get to the beach from the back of the house the first 2 days so we walked down the road to public access but it was done before we left and we're able to use it! The house is huge and every bedroom had a tv with Netflix and their own bathroom which was very nice!
Perfect Location and Wonderful Home

What could be more perfect than having the beach right there out your patio door? Well maybe having a private heated pool right there too. For a water-loving family this was amazing! The living area of the home was open and so comfortable. The bedrooms were so comfortable. Everything was sparkling clean and well maintained. One smoke alarm went off for no reason and maintenance was there to take care of it immediately after I called. Our family wanted to stay there and not go home. We hope to return!
I've been all around the world, but I found a gem in my home state.

First, this home and it's bathrooms where clean, it's wonderfully decorated with with appropriate furniture and linens. The home is secure, after I got use to it, I realized this home is a fortress. The views from the home are spectacular, we took some of our best pics (sunrise and moon) on the balcony facing the ocean. Playing in the pool and hot tub was everyone's favorite activity, not to mention the beach was literally feet away, down the boardwalk. There is a great restaurant next door and plenty of shopping down the strip. On the downside, he home needs a new gas grill and better pool furniture. Overall, my guest where very happy and they cannot wait to come back.

We enjoyed our stay on South Padre! The weather was perfect and the location and the beach were great. We loved having the beach bar close for lunch and drinks and the umbrella rental next to us. We were not informed about a recent ordinance not allowing us to bring our own canopy, so having the umbrella rental was a life saver. The house was very clean and roomy with each bedroom having a private bathroom. It was disappointing to discover when we arrived that the steps to our boardwalk, leading to the beach, were still missing from the last hurricane. Service from SPI Rentals was prompt and courteous when we called. Overall we were very pleased.

Beach house was very nice, spacious and accommodating with great beach access. I found the master bed was too firm and squeaky, other beds seemed more comfortable. Front door was difficult to lock.

House was very beautiful and great location. Some amenities were missing such as extra supplies that you would expect for a rental house that accommodates up to 14 people. Very responsive with concerns that happened during our stay. Lacked customer service when asked for some considerations due to multiple phone calls that needed to be made.

We enjoyed our stay at this property very much. The house was new, very clean and well laid out. We were a group of 13 and we fit well without feeling crowded. There was plenty of space for all of us to enjoy. We were right by the ocean which made it even more amazing. The property management team was very pleasant to work with and very prompt to send maintenance when we needed help with the hot tub. They called to check on us one time to make sure everything was going well and that we were comfortable. The grocery stores were close by which was nice. I would definitely visit this property again.
