This 3 bedroom/2 bathroom condo is located on the ground floor of South Padre Island and is perfect for rental guests.

Sea Vista Condominiums are a beautiful beachfront complex situated on the southern end South Padre.

The complex has two pools, a private beach, and gated parking.

The apartment is within walking distance of several restaurants and retail shops on SPI.

Sea Vista I #111, located on the first floor, offers guests a very nice accommodation.

The living room has been tastefully decorated and features a flat-screen tv. There is also ample seating to allow guests to relax.
