Property Description

The Jabberwocky vacation getaway has been renovated into a luxurious, high-end themed vacation home with comforts and entertainment the forethought in every room of this 1,752 square foot non-smoking dwelling.
The quiet residential neighborhood of Fraser is 6 miles from the Winter Park Ski Resort and the home is situated on a 0.8-acre lot and easy access to the free town shuttle that stops across the street.
The two-tier living room has a gas fireplace and the focal point of the room is a 50" plasma wide-screen HDTV with Comcast cable.
The dining and kitchen area are open plan with connecting granite counter-tops, dining table, hardwood floors and top of the line stainless steel appliances. The large dining area can be used as workspace, offering free in unit wireless internet and multiple lap-top plug-ins.
All bedrooms on the lower level of the house have mountain furnishings, comfortable bedding, TV's, DVD and/or VCR and cable.
The master bedroom is furnished with a Queen bed with TV, DVD, cable and a bonus bathroom complete with jetted tub and stereo entertainment.
The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms also have the queen beds. There is a shared bathroom on this level.
The 4th bedroom is in the loft area and perfect for kids, with Captains bunks, 1 twin plus 1 twin trundle, PS2, plus the standard TV, DVD and cable.
Additional amenities in the home include washer, dryer, large deck with BBQ grill, private outdoor hot tub and a 2-car heated garage. NO AIR CONDITIONING

Check in time starts at 4pm. All guest need to check in at 50 Village Drive, Winter Park CO 80482.
Guest arriving after 6pm, will need to contact us at 970-726-6200 to obtain the late check in instructions.

Check Out:

Check out time is at 10am.
Late check out requests are subject to availability and there will be an additional cost.

Required Stay

3 night stay except for Holiday and Spring Break.

Lodging Tax(es)

16.9% is not included in the nightly rates.

Cancellation Policy

Any monies, once received are non refundable without the purchase of travel insurance.

Deposit(s)

A one night deposit is required at the time of booking.
The final payment is due 30 days prior to the arrival date.
