Property Description

Awaken to breathtaking panoramic views of Lake Tahoe each morning in this spacious home nestled on the North Shore. This home boasts all of the finest amenities of a Lake Tahoe retreat, including a private hot tub, a separate guest house, and easy access to some of the most desirable beaches, bars, and restaurants on the North Shore.

As you enter the main level of the home, you will be welcomed into a comfortable seating area centered around a grand wood fireplace, a beautifully designed wrap-around kitchen, and a welcoming living room, all offering breathtaking lake views. The kitchen serves as the perfect space for entertaining, with plenty of bar seating and a 6-top dining table. The living room, with its lake views and flat screen TV, is the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day exploring all that Lake Tahoe has to offer. The living room also provides access to the front yard, where you can soak up the sunshine and lake views all day long. On the main level, you will also find two bedrooms, each with a shared full bathroom. The first bedroom features a cozy queen bed and a large bay window with a lake view, as well as a walk-in closet. The second bedroom includes a double bed and an armoire for storage.

Upstairs, you will find the primary bedroom and an additional bedroom, as well as an additional sleeping area, a remote workspace, and a sitting room with a small flat screen TV and a piano for the music enthusiasts in your group. The primary bedroom boasts a large king bed and breathtaking lake views, as well as an open ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The additional bedroom features a double bed, and there is a small additional sleeping space with a twin bed.

POLICIES AND DISCLOSURES:
1. Maximum daytime and nighttime occupancy is 10 adults and 2 children (under 16).
2. Parking for 4 vehicles. Street parking is prohibited year-round. This home has a narrow shared driveway, please be sure not to block the neighboring homes. 
3. The master bedroom does not have a closet but there is an area to hang clothes.
4. The washer and dryer are located in the detached garage. 
5. 4WD vehicles are strongly advised during the winter months.
6. Due to Extreme Fire Danger – The use of ANY outdoor firepit or fireplace is strictly prohibited at any of our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to keep our community safe from wildfires.
