The Eagle's Nest is a luxurious, professionally decorated home in Big Springs with 5 bedrooms, 5 baths, and an outdoor hot tub. It is ideal for gathering friends and family with its cathedral ceilings, large wood-burning fireplace made from large granite stones, a baby grand, and plenty of natural light. Beautiful slate floors, original oil paintings and wool rugs will greet you in the common areas. You can enjoy the quiet and comfort of hydronic radiant heating throughout. The central air conditioning is a rare feature in this area, and it's worth checking out if you're planning to visit in the summer. The mountain style architecture is enhanced by Tahoe and Alpine art.
Granite countertops are featured in the chef's kitchen, along with a Viking 6-burner stovetop, stainless steel freezer, microwave oven, microwave oven, Dakor convection oven, and conventional oven. There are also dual sinks. There are three coffee makers to help you get exactly what you need in the morning: a Keurig, traditional Cuisinart, and a Nespresso. The great room features a 65 inch 4k UHD TV with theater audio. A wet bar is also located on the main floor. The dining room table seats 12 people, while the breakfast bar seats six more. There is enough space for two cars in the garage, as well as a 240V outlet for your electric vehicle.

Eagle's Nest is located on half an acre in the prestigious Big Springs neighborhood, above the Village. It is a 10 minute walk or a 1 minute drive to the Timberline chairlift. The property has a natural forest and a grass yard. It backs up to the Tompkins memorial hiking trail. The Northstar shuttle service will pick you up at the end the driveway (just request it on the app, and it usually arrives within minutes) to take you to the Village and recreation center. For a fee, guests can use the recreation center which has multiple swimming pools, a large hot tub, a gym, and tennis courts. There are many great restaurants and bars in the Northstar Village. There is also an ice-skating/roller-skating rink, a movie theatre, and lots of shopping. The Eagle's Nest is a short walk or hike that takes less than ten minutes. Northstar maintains a natural stone staircase and hiking trails.
