Cabin was great as always. Only thing was that there were not enough towels and washcloths to last the entire seven days which was no problem since we could wash and dry them as we needed.

We enjoyed the cabin very much and have considered coming back next year for our 26th anniversary. The views along with the amenities keep us satisfied just staying there and skipping the normal tourist activities. Thank you for a great all around experience.

The cabin was wonderful even though we made our reservations at a late date for the season. We were inviting family for Thanksgiving and it was a very inviting cabin with barbecue pit and what a wonderful surprise for everyone to see it beautifully decorated for Christmas. The only difficulty is in making and sending copy after copy of my drivers license and credit card when making, signing and checking on the reservation, especially when I have reserved cabins many times before with Timber Tops.

Check in was a breeze. The agent (Amanda?) was very friendly and helpful. We called mid stay to see about places that deliver to the cabin and the agent was very helpful. In the Life's a Bear cabin, everything was great. We did want to let you know that the spiral stair case was VERY wobbly and scary! When you stood on the top landing, it sagged a few inches. The top deck under the hot tub also sagged a bit (the water level was higher towards the front of the deck). Overall great stay! Bed was amazing and so comfortable. LOVED how many pillows there were.

Timber Tops was wonderful. The staff was great - especially Kari Johnson! She handled every question I had with such patience. The cabin was clean. The view was stunning and the beds were so comfortable! Bears came up to us every evening which was so cool. It was also really neat to have the fireworks show from Dollywood each evening.

Everything was very good. Fantastic time. Only drawback is stairs were quite load (creaky) when someone was either going up or down. Can be disturbing when someone is resting. Otherwise, beautiful cabin and great location.

we arrived at the cabin early and simply waited until 4. The housekeeper apparently called the office to report "that we had blocked her in". Not true at all. Not a good first impression.

Everything was good. Didn't like the way the price changed from a one bedroom price to a two bedroom price, because it is still a one bedroom cabin with a game room with a bed. I don't consider that a bedroom.

Check in was very easy as was check out. The cabin was absolutely beautiful. Well maintained. Directions to the cabin were easy to follow. This will probably be the only rental group I use when we vacation in this area! Already recommended to friends and family!

Yall did great.. We absolutely love Mrs. Stacy. She is the best. This is our second time within a month. We tried to get an extra day and was denied, did not like how that was handled when this is our second time within the month. We were disappointed about that. Had to get a hotel room.
