This amazing cabin features 8 king-sized bedrooms and 2 double queen-sized bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The wheelchair-friendly main floor also features a queen-size Murphy-bed with an extra-thick mattress. The main level bathroom is also wheelchair accessible. This cabin has access to a newly constructed (seasonal resort pool)!
Welcome to LeConte Overlook. This newly constructed (4-story), Pet-Friendly Cabin is located minutes from the Great Smoky Mountain National Park, and all the attractions and shopping that Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and the surrounding areas have to offer. LeConte Overlook features a large parking area that can accommodate 8+ vehicles. It also has a doggie lot at the bottom level, 2 hot tubs with fire pits, gas and charcoal barbecues, and a movie room.
MAIN LEVEL:The cabin is wheelchair accessible with its ramp and steps. The main floor of the cabin includes the living room, kitchen, dining room, and bathroom. Watch your favorite TV shows on the HDTV while you relax by the gas fireplace. The living room has a queen Murphy Bed for additional sleeping arrangements. After a long day of exploring, you might be hungry. The stainless steel kitchen will delight the chef of the group, with all the necessary appliances to prepare a tasty meal for even the pickiest eaters. There is plenty of space for everyone. The bar-top area can seat 6, the dining table seats 8, and the large table comfortably seats 14. A convenient (shower) full bathroom is located just off the kitchen. Enjoy your morning coffee on the porch swing while you enjoy the spectacular mountain view!
UPPER LEVEL:The spiral staircase will take you to the second floor where you will find a mini-kitchen/bar, 2 King-size bedrooms with HDTVs, and bathrooms (tub/shower). Test your concentration and skills as you take down the competition on the dart board, ping pong, pool or air hockey tables. Then, head over to the mini-kitchen/bar and prepare a tasty snack. This level has a covered deck with plenty of seating to relax and enjoy the mountain view.
TOP LEVEL:You will find your own private movie loft with 4 reclining seats, oversized Ultimate Sack Bean Bag Chair and a large Smart HDTV.
LOWER LEVEL:The spiral staircase will take you back to the first lower level where there are 4 bedrooms, 4 baths, and a spa! Two of the bedrooms have King size beds with HDTV and attached (shower-style) bathrooms. They also have access to the deck. One bedroom has a King-size bed, HDTV and an attached bathroom (shower), while the last bedroom offers 2 Queen-size beds, HDTV and an attached bathroom (shower). This level also has a washer/dryer for your convenience. The large deck has plenty of seating and a porch swing. It also features a soothing hot-tub where guests can relax while enjoying the stunning views.
BOTTOM LEVEL:The remaining 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms are located on the 2nd lower floor. A coffee bar is also available. Two of the bedrooms have King-size beds, HDTVs, attached bathrooms (shower), and access to the deck. One bedroom will have a King-size bed, HDTV and an attached bathroom (shower), while the last bedroom has 2 Queen-size beds, HDTV and an attached bathroom (shower). Step out onto the deck in the evening to find a second hot tub that will help you melt away all your worries!

For the most part our experience was great. The ice machines in the large refrigerator didn't work at all and the one in the loaner refrigerator was very slow. It would have been really nice to have them working up to par at least. Other than that our cabin was amazing, we will be staying here again next September.

I have used Timbertops for 7 years strong for my marriage retreats and I am always pleased. The cabins are beautiful and service is always friendly. My guests are always thrilled with the views and cabin amenities. This year everything went well. The cabin had an issue with the water pressure (no fault to Timbertops) and we called and received friendly and prompt service. We look forward to continuing to use Timbertops for many years to come for our retreats!

We wish we had a heads up about the non use of the decks and hot tubs sooner than 24 hours. The unit was very clean and had a great supply of toiletries that were appreciated. We loved the view! The cabin was actually better than the video on YouTube.

UT College graduation celebration for our daughter. We had 15 people, from age 11 to 85. It was a great space with wonderful views! We did not realize ALL the steps were spiral--making it a challenge for our older parents to traverse. Everyone enjoyed the pool table and games, the movie room, the jacuzzis, the fire pit and the porches.....and their own rooms/baths. We cooked/grilled almost every meal: your kitchen needs several things added. There was no cookie sheet, just a tiny pizza pan, most pans and frying pans were in POOR condition (we even repaired a few) and missing lids, the mixer we found did not work (then we found one on check-out day in a box), the dishwasher on the left does not clean dishes. To sleep 28: it is not equipped to prepare meals for that number. Luckily we brought several pans, etc. Loved all the refrigerators, cook tops and microwaves. I am not complaining--we made it work and had a wonderful experience! As an owner of a beach condo, we understand that items get damaged, items get taken, and people do not take care of the property. We took great pains to maintain your property. We had several critter visits. We had raccoons on the decks every night, a scorpion in a bathtub on the lower floor bathroom (luckily you forewarned us in your notes), and something (The prints on the car door looked like a raccoon) opened my sister's car doors during the night Saturday and snacked on interior snacks and left a mess inside and out on the parking lot. The doors were wide open Sunday morning. A sign on the deck indicated that cameras were present; do you have cameras, and can you figure out what got into her car? We certainly made sure all doors were locked after that with no food anywhere! We enjoyed our stay and wished we had planned to stay longer. Thank you!
