Ceramic tile floors give the chalet a very crisp look, two beautiful kitchens with all new wood cupboards make this home feel very warm. Both kitchens are equipped with wine glasses, coffee maker, cooking utensils, stove, & fridge and so much more.... The outside in Summer has an outdoor covered patio to have family cook outs. Monthly rentals have the option of a cleaning lady weekly or bi weekly cleaning is done during the week at additional cost. Winter season brings snow, four wheel or all wheel drive may be needed. We suggest you prepare for the winter rentals, no refunds will be given if you are unable to get to the property because you do not have four wheel drive .

Sky High Adventure Park - forest adventures for all ages, Sky High features an Aerial Park and a Mountain Coaster. Challenge yourself as you explore treetop courses; crossing bridges, climbing ladders, navigating obstacles and soaring on zip lines in the Aerial Park. There are 8 different aerial courses of varying difficulty. The Mountain Coaster is an exciting ride down the mountain as you zigzag, spiral and swoosh through the trees.

Mountain Biking and Hiking- Holiday Valley's mountain biking and hiking network consists of challenging uphill and downhill trails, logging roads and singletrack. The 35+ miles of trails connect to NYS's McCarty Hill Forest on the southern border of the resort.

Spruce Lake - The 14 acre Spruce Lake sits at the top of Holiday Valley. There is a beach area at the south end of the lake for swimming. Kayaking and canoeing is allowed. Please note this is a wilderness lake and there are no lifeguards; you are responsible for your own safety.

Griffis Sculpture Park is located on over 400 acres and holds over 250 sculptures.
