We want to share with you not only this wonderful island, but also this warm, inviting and spacious designer's home. The spacious, light-filled, large, breezy spaces will soothe away your worries. The hotel is located just minutes away from the beach, shopping, restaurants and everything else that southern life has to offer.
The master bedroom on the main floor features a Jacuzzi and a walk-in wardrobe. The master bedroom's luxurious queen bed is the perfect place to relax after a day of fun at the beach, or touring the city on the trolley. The kids will run upstairs to the skylight that illuminates two other bedrooms with a full bath. In one bedroom, a second queen bed is paired with a sofa and twin beds in the other. All rooms can accommodate twin air mattresses (provided) to accommodate teens or extra guests. The second level has more walk-in closets, a large bathroom with double sinks and a tub/shower.
Plan a trip to a pier, village or shopping while enjoying snacks in the breakfast nook with bay window banquet. Or, relax in the spacious, comfortable great room with wood-burning fireplace. Gather around the large round table for Sunday brunch, Sunday dinner, or games. The main floor is completed by a powder room. Specialty lighting is used throughout.
The rear deck is built around a large live oak tree and features a charcoal grill, grill tools, and a patio table for dining. The private drive leads you to a detached garage that houses all your beach necessities - chairs and umbrellas, sand games, kites. Have you had enough sand for the day? Explore the beautiful paths and secluded areas on the island with the four bikes provided. Enjoy a glass of wine or sweet tea on the front porch when you get home! Come, relax, and fall in adore with this house and island, no matter where you're at!
