Property Description

Welcome to the luxurious Agua Azul named after the sparkling blue Atlantic Ocean . This beautiful 6 bedroom 6 bathroom ocean front beach house has plenty of room for everyone! Set your own pool hours with a private fenced in pool.

Ground floor features a fantastic gathering place with a ping pong table for family fun. This ground floor space is also equipped with a 55" TV and comfy seating. Just off this space is a queen bedroom with TV that is fully enclosed so you can retire way before the ping pong tourney ends. There is a bathroom on this level as well.

There are 3 bedroom with Ensuites on the second floor; 1 King Master Bedroom with access to a covered deck and ensuite with whirlpool and separate walk-in shower, and 42" TV. the 2ndsuite (with private bath) is furnished with one queen bed and a double bed with a 32” TV, the 3rd suite (with private bath) is furnished with a queen & double bed and 32” TV. All TV's are equipped with the TV Select Plan through Spectrum TV

The 3rd(Main Living) level features an open concept living, dining and modern kitchen area equipped with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar for additional seating. After dinner relax on the large open sun deck watching the beach empty and pelicans fly to roost as the sun sinks into the ocean. Also on this floor there is a Queen Bedroom with Hall Bath access and a Bedroom with a Queen and Double with ensuite.
