Gleaming, real hardwoods throughout, designer kitchen w/ stainless steel appliances, flat screen televisions(TV's equipped with Spectrum Select Cable TV) in both the living and bedroom with King Bed, open floor plan, gorgeous furniture and decor, including built-in twin daybed, Queen Sleep Sofa in-unit, recliner(new for 2020), washer and dryer and much more.

You will love sitting on the private deck and watching the waves. This unit really has it ALL with easy access to both Carolina and Kure Beach and all the fun both have to offer! This is just the vacation you have been longing for….with all the amenities of home (maybe more)! You will not find a more luxurious condo to rent on all of Carolina Beach. Just bring your swimsuit and flip-flops! You will love watching the sunrise and the dolphins jump as you drink your morning coffee from the deck. The view is amazing and you can see for miles. One of the best breaks in the area and you will enjoy watching all of the surfers! Also makes a great spot for fishing.

The swimming pool and sundeck are just steps from the unit and from the beach and has ample lounge chairs for you to relax in and enjoy the sounds of the ocean. The beach access is key restricted-so only residents/guests of Sea Colony have use of the private walkway. You will enjoy the ease of getting to and from the beach...and appreciate the less crowded area. Lifeguards are on duty during the peak season and hours. With so many restaurants nearby your breakfast, lunch and dinner options are endless. Sea Colony is located in close proximity to all that Pleasure Island has to offer. We have stayed in the Sea Colony Complex for the past 8 years and Unit 20B was the best so far. The Victory Vacation team was more than accommodating upon our arrival with an efficient check in process. The cleaning team did an amazing job getting the unit ready. Sea Colony 20B exceeded my high expectations by a mile! It was our first visit to this unit, but not Carolina Beach. We have been vacationing in Carolina Beach since 2009 and always love the beach. This particular unit was absolutely perfect for my husband, 4-year old son, and myself. The unit is beautifully appointed and, most importantly, extremely clean. I hope the cleaning company remains because this was one of the cleanest places we have ever stayed, and I will certainly be booking another vacation to Sea Colony 20B due to the cleanliness! The grounds were maintained with perfection. The pool was clean and such a treat after a hot day on the beach. This is a family friendly development where there is a focus on enjoying vacation alongside other families. There is a noise ordinance of 11pm, no-smoking unit, and amenities that make being able to not even leave possible! Parking is in a lot, not covered - so be prepared for that. We did not have an issue finding a spot, but we also did not leave much. We walked across the street to Granny's for breakfast one day and ordered to go another - their breakfast is SUPER good. Service is slow, but that is everywhere at this point. The food is worth the wait. Very happy!

It was very nice even though the weather was like a “Toy Yo-Yo” - overall we enjoyed ourselves. We were able to relax, unwind and put - back some reserve before going back to work;) The staff was great, a long with being very prompt on our needs. Every thing was very clear on the direction from the Staff especially Jenna. Wonderful Group to vacation with.
