Property Description


Park View Villa is a lovely 1832 square foot condo in the heart of Carolina Beach, close to shopping, the Boardwalk, and quaint Café’s. All new furnishings greet you as you enter the calming living area which is an amazing retreat to return to after a day at the beach or pool. The living area with Brazilian Hardwood Flooring is open to the kitchen with breakfast bar that seats 3 and the dining space with seating for 4. This space connects to the large veranda with plenty of room for everyone, and views of the ocean, and overlooks the Carolina Beach Lake.

The King Bedroom is massive, has En Suite with walk in Shower, which also connects to the outdoor veranda. The Guest Bedroom has a Queen size Bed and Bunk Bed. The main bathroom has a tub/shower combo.

Excellent. We stayed at Atlantic Towers for 7 days then we came to Victory for 4 days. A.T. was very nice but the condo furniture was very old and out dated. For the money we spent for 7 days we wish we have call you first. The condo was excellent. Thank you so much for everything, we’ll be back soon!
