This is a lovely private beach front duplex home, located in Rincon Puerto Rico. It is surrounded by a lush tropical garden just steps from one of the best swimming beaches in Puerto Rico: Playa Corcega. This house has large picture windows, white terrazzo floors, high ceilings and magnificent, unobstructed ocean views from its 24 foot veranda, perfect for viewing fabulous sunsets.
It is located just 30 minutes from Aguadilla Airport, serviced by Jet Blue and United. Transportation to and from can be arranged.
The home has two large beach front (upper/lower) units. Each has two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a full modern kitchen, living room, dining area, full laundry and spacious 24-foot terrace overlooking the garden and ocean. The house is attractively furnished throughout. Walk into your garden and pick exotic fruit including: bananas, papayas, oranges and coconuts.
Each 2 bedroom apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with quality cookware. All linens, beach towels and beach chairs are supplied. There is even a library with a variety of books available for your reading enjoyment, as well as games and a selection of sports equipment.
This home is perfect for couples as well as large family groups. Good Restaurants and shopping available within a few blocks.

Nearby Attractions;
Casa Playa is located on the most desirable part of Corcega beach. The water is gentle, and great for swimming. It is uncrowded and often it is just you and the pelicans who share the ocean. The scenery is magnificent-everything is a picture postcard. Enjoy the beautiful sunsets from your own ocean-facing porch.
Within minutes you can be up in the mountains overlooking the town, where you will enjoy some spectacular views. The local residents are very friendly and welcoming. Rincon is a fishing village, so fresh fish is abundant and you can buy directly from the fisherman. Visit the coffee plantations, the underground caves, the observatory in Arecibo, the phosphorescent bay, the many charming and unique villages throughout the west coast.
