The private front entrance overlooks the golf course and Intracoastal Waterway. Constructed in 2002, very modern and clean.
The family room has a 12 foot sliding glass door that frames the Atlantic Ocean, inviting you to come sit on the screened balcony, to enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon refreshment. The Master Bedroom, with king size bed, also has vaulted ceilings with windows to enjoy the sunrise & view the ocean. Master Bath has a large garden tub, walk in shower w/seat, double sinks, large & relaxing. The pool is heated for your enjoyment during cooler months.
