These quaint "A" frames have windows from floor to ceiling and a loft that looks out at the lake. All units are immaculately maintained.
One large and two small chalets available for families, friends, and co-workers who want to vacation together but like the privacy of separate units.
Located on a private road just outside the country club gate on Peninsula Drive.
They are available year round - *rent one or all three.* Decks have great views of the lake and Dyer Mountain and are perfect for barbecuing.
The new Kodiak Restaurant is located directly across Peninsula Dr. and is now open for breakfast and lunch. The Peninsula Market just down the street has hundreds of wines in many vintages. Perfect for picking up any grocery item including a great selection of meats and cheeses. Many other restaurants are close and convenient, don't miss taking your boat across the lake to Plumas Pines Restaurant for patio dining on the deck overlooking the lake.
Boat slip, beach and trailer parking are included at no additional charge or walk to the launch area and rent a boat or jet ski. Bailey Creek golf course is just minutes away.

The 4 Gables is a spacious lake front home that was formerly the Kokanee Lodge. It has been completely remodeled and is perfect for vacations, family reunions, weddings, and corporate retreats. In combination with the Carson Chalet A frames, it can accommodate up to 22 people comfortably.
The main level of the lodge provides a great room, dining room, and open gourmet kitchen that leads to the backyard and patio making it easy to cook or barbecue for large groups. There is a main level bedroom and main level bathroom. There are three large bedrooms upstairs and a hall bathroom with shower. The massive stone fireplace and spiral staircase create an awesome atmosphere and great photo memories of your stay.
The dock and trailer parking are available at no additional charge. It is a short walk to the lake and beach front area. Boat launch is only 200 feet away. |
