Carib Sands is a luxurious private three-bedroom, three bath villa in Montego Bay Jamaica. This villa is made for families, weddings and honeymoons. Our family has owned this property since 1963. It has a very special place in our hearts, as many memories have been made with our families and friends.
It is taken care of with great pride. We invite you to make your own memories at our villa. Queens of the house love this package; no meals to cook, no dishes to wash, no beds to make, no coffee to brew, no laundry to do!! The staff is there for you! Exceptional service and care is provided by an experienced staff. Marcia, the cook is the second generation in her family to cook for our villa. Our property manager, Stephanie, has been with our villa for over 15 years. "Carib Sands" has a long list of returning guests who look forward to a holiday which guarantees them superb accommodations, the finest service as well as fun, culture and relaxation.
This villa in Montego Bay, Jamaica offers a tropical atmosphere with an open air living room and dining room, private pool, Jacuzzi and gazebo. The covered poolside patio is where you and your guest will spend your days enjoying breakfast, lunch and tropical drinks at your private bar. The beach side pool deck provides chaise lounges, tables with umbrellas, and additional seating for an afternoon relaxing in the sun where you might enjoy reading one of your favorite books.
In this private setting, you are close to everything to seek out the Jamaican Island heartbeat on your terms. The renowned Sandal's Royal Caribbean Hotel is our neighbor. Attractions close by include golf and tennis, intriguing native and international shops, scuba and snorkel, sail and ski, calypso and dance, boating and fishing, and tropical scenes beyond imagination. |

Rates are based on a 2-6 person occupancy. Extra persons are $200 per week. Maximum occupancy is 8.
Children are welcome!
House can sleep 6 adults, plus one or two children on rollaway beds OR 4 adults with two children in twin beds, one of the bedrooms has a bed that converts to twins.

Gratuities are recommended for a staff of three at 10% of the winter rental rate (currently $300) and 15% of the summer rate (currently $300). Please have sufficient funds set aside. Should you choose to hire the driver, please tip him at a rate of 10-15%.
25% of Rental Fee & $200-$300 Refundable Deposits Due at Time of Booking
