In the beautiful Englewood area of Southwest Florida, Rotonda is a community built around several fabulous golf courses yet within a few minutes of the gulf beaches of Manasota Key. Boating marinas and shopping malls are nearby.
This luxury villa was built in 2001, and was the model home for the award-winning builder Roberts Homes. It has many upgrades and extras including cathedral ceilings and tiled floors with quality carpet in the bedrooms. A peaceful elegant home.
Master suite has a queen-size bed with en suite jacuzzi bath and huge walk-in shower with his-and-hers wash basins. Second bedroom suite has a king-size bed, TV, and bathroom with walk-in shower. Bedroom three has twin beds and personal computer.
There is a luxurious formal lounge and a further informal family lounge with stereo, cable TV, VCR, and DVD. A central CD/radio/intercom keeps the music coming in every room and around the private pool deck. From the pool you have a beautiful view on the Rotonda River.

$300 security deposit - 120$ one time cleaning fee.
