Villa Vista de San Martin, is one of the very first upscale LONG TERM RENTAL HOUSES in the area. Located at the top of the ESCALERAS HILL, far away from the NOISY COSTANERA main road, at about 400m alitude with NO NEIGHBOURS IN SITE. PERFECTO FOR SKINNY DIPPING.

THE MAIN VILLA FEATURES A SUPERB LONG COVERED TERRACE overlooking the pool area, garden and the dramatic Pacific Ocean with its unspoiled deserted beaches of Playa Hermosa, Ballena, Bahia etc. On most days you can see as far as Drake Bay on the Osa Peninsula with Corcovado National Park. Nestled between the trees, Isla del Cano can be seen on the horizon.
CHILL OUT ON THE COVERED TERRACE lying in the fabulous Nicaraguan hammocks watching rare beautiful birds, exotic butterflies, listening to the howler monkies, the incessant jungle noises and spying on any animal that cares to wander by.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION
The Main Villa has been upgraded with Mitzubishi AIRCON throughout.
The furnishings are mostly from Central America with a smattering of artifacts from Thailand, Australia, Africa and France.
TOP LEVEL. A lovely stained-glass window welcomes you to the house. The multipurpose entrance hall has high ceilings, panoramic windows, an open plan kitchen bar, dining table and chairs for 8 persons, futon bed sofa for 2 persons, easy chairs,boom box,CDs AND A GOOD READING LIGHT.
The MASTER BEDROOM and ensuite JUNGLE SHOWER ROOM, is on the right of the entrance. A NEW BAMBOO KINGSIZE BED is the main feature, with painted murals,fan,AC, good reading lights, bamboo closets.
STAIRS LEAD DOWNSTAIRS to a spacious lounge with two large bamboo sofas which act as two single beds. Two large bamboo arm chairs, scatter cushions, Indian masks, wall hangins, photographs, books.
THE GUEST BEDROOM has 2 single beds and exotic wall hangings. A bright shower room is shared between guests.
DOOR WAY ONTO COVERED POOL PATIO with BBQ and bar. WIDE STAIRS LEAD DOWN TO THE POOL DECK AND RANCHO.
VERY LOCAL HICKING. Out of the gate, on any of our four jungle roads! Woody's Bella Vista cabinas and horse trail rides, is a 5 minute walk,
For fit hikers, climbing to the ridge to the "telecommunicatons tower" and across the valley to the Nauyaca Waterfalls - could be a serious challenge ! Exotic plant life for which you would pay a fortune for in the West, grows wild every where.
