This 7000 sq. ft. Villa is perched high on a breezy ridge in the prestigious Cap Estate, hotel residential area. The villa boasts one of the most spectacular panoramic views in the north of the island. Looking left to the Atlantic Sea around to the mountains of the interior and right to the Caribbean Sea. The first floor consists of two of the ever so Caribbean design style bedrooms with its ensuite bathrooms, a large patio area and pool, with a bar for those refreshment breaks from the beautiful Caribbean sunshine. On the second floor, an ever so convenient oversized Gazebo area is ready with a barbeque grill and can easily be used as outside dinning while you take in the panoramic views. Also on the second floor is an open floor plan design with the living-room area, which opens out onto a patio area, the full length of the villa, where the panoramic view of the north of the island really immediately demands your attention. The property is tiled throughout. The kitchen boasts a real modern design, making preparation of meals easier as it host an island in the center.
A short stairway leads to the third floor area, which harbors the remaining two oversized bedrooms each reigning with 4 poster beds. Each bedroom opens out onto a patio area for that extra-secluded privacy and added leisure luxury. All bedrooms come with A/C and mosquito nets and portray a modern ensuite sizable bathroom. The villa comes equipped with safes.
