The first floor has an eat-in kitchen, dining room open to the family room, powder room, and Master Suite(queen size bed) with private bath and TV. The second floor has a loft with two futons(full size beds) and a TV. There are two additional bedrooms(queen size beds) and a full bath on this level as well.
There is a private garage and driveway to accommodate three to four vehicles as well as additional on-site parking.Enjoy the privacy of the woods and the view of the pond around the house. Enjoy the beautiful pool with pool house located within the community.
This community is within walking distance to shopping center, banks, liquor store and restaurants. Several units available for mutiple family accommodations.
The location of the house places you in close proximity to the beaches, shopping, entertainment, and restaurants of nearby Rehoboth Beach, Dewey Beach, and Fenwick Island, Delaware, as well as Ocean City, Maryland.

50% Down Upon Booking, Plus $300 Security Deposit.
Balance Due 30 Days Prior to Arrival.
Security Deposit Returned Upon Inspection of Unit and Key Returned.
