Our spacious 2 bedroom/2 bath condo is situated in the heart of Summit County, high in the Colorado Rockies, near Keystone, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Arapahoe Basin, Vail and Loveland ski areas. The towns of Dillon, Silverthorne, Frisco and Breckenridge are minutes away. The Buffalo Village Complex is located in the Wildernest Development Area next to the Arapahoe National Forest on Buffalo Mountain. Building CC is built on a ridge so you enter on the 3rd floor and take the elevator or stairs to the first floor. Great views of lake and mountains right out front door.

Check-in and Check-out:
Your check-in time is 4 p.m. or later and check-out time is 10 a.m. or earlier. If the condo is available check-in time is open. Please call us to determine if an early arrival or late departure is feasible.
A one-time cleaning fee of $50.00 will be charged.
Deposits/Payments:
$100 is due upon making your reservations. The balance, plus a $50 dollar security deposit, is due 45 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations:
Initial deposit will be returned if cancellation is 45 days prior to arrival. Entire rental amount is forfeited if reservation is cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival. If another booking is made for the same time period, the entire amount will be refunded.
Directions:
From Denver take I-70 west to the Dillon/Silverthorne exit 205 (first exit west of the Eisenhower Tunnel). Turn right on Hwy 9 at this exit. Go to the first stop light and turn left onto Wildernest Road. Follow Wildernest Road up the mountain - it becomes Ryan Gulch Road. Buffalo Village Complex is on the right, approximately 3 miles from the stoplight. Turn right at second entrance to CC/DD buildings. Building CC is on the right, past the tennis courts.

Summit County is one of the premier ski areas in the United States and offers an unlimited varity of summer and winter recreations. Our condominium is only 10 to 20 minutes from Breckenridge, Keystone, Copper Mountain, Loveland Basin and Arapahoe Basin; 30 minutes from Vail; and 45 minutes from Beaver Creek. Summer activities include biking, hiking, fishing, golf, horseback riding, white water rafting, and boating. In addition to Lake Dillon, a number of rivers including the Blue, Colorado, South Platte, Ten Mile Creek and Williams Fork offer great trout fishing. Three beautiful golf courses are close-by. A large outlet mall is located in Silverthorne and excellent restaurants are found throughout the area.
