Attention Beach goers, Boaters and Golfers. New, Large, Canal-front Bayside vacation home only three quarters of a mile from the beach. Ideal for larger group, multi-family get-togethers or family reunions at the beach, this home can accommodate large groups without that cramped feeling.
Two Master bedrooms with jacuzzi tubs. All bedrooms have private bath or jack and jill bath. 3 bedrooms have deck access. Mother Nature will not slow down your vacation fun... The first floor entertainment level with wet bar, pool table, foos ball, theatre tv, video games, and hot tub keep the fun going even if the weather turns bad.
The home is a quick two minute drive to the beach with available parking. The home is also three small blocks from Fenwick's Harpoon Hannah's Restaurant/Tiki-Bar/Marina and Catch 54 restaurant. Ocean City Md. and all its attractions for the kids is 2 streets south.
There is a boat dock just off the patio great for crabbing or parking your boat or jet-skis. The canal leads out to the large Assowoman Bay. Some guests have rented pontoon boats at the nearby marina and docked them out back.
Best Deal! September's warm water temperatures, less crowds and off season pricing make for a bargain.
Attention Golfers! Take advantage of the off season weeks to make for a fun and affordable golf get-away. This Home is centrally located near all of the golf courses the Delaware and Maryland resort areas have to offer, including the new Jack Nicklaus signature course in Fenwick.
