$1450.00 per week, monthly rentals and 90 day rentals are also available and we are negotiable. Extra days can be added for $125.00 per each extra day.
Cleaning Departure fee of $105.00.
Rental weeks run Saturday to Saturday.
Check In Time: 4:00 P.M.
Check Out Time: 10:00 A.M.
These times May be flexible-pleae call ahead.
Pets welcome provided they are on flea control.$50.00 non-refundable
deposit per pet required.
Fully refundable security deposit required in cash or money order for $250.00.
Holidays that fall during the week or weekend that week is an extra $200.00 per week.
Add 12% for Florida Tourist and sales Tax.
