In-season:(1/3-4/15/09) $2800./1-2 $4300./3-4 *plus $350/week for each Thanksgiving 2008 (11/22-11/29/08): $2500/1-2; $4000/3-4 guest *plus $375/week for each additional guest Christmas/New Years: (12/20-1/3/09) $7000./1-2 guest; $7300./3-4 guest; $7600/5-6 guest. Children Welcome
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. Your reservation will be held for 10 days while deposit is enroute. The balance is due 60 days before arrival date. Cancellations 90 days or less from arrival date, deposit is forfeited. If Points of View is rented for cancelled dates than monies will be returned, less 10%. A $500. refundable security deposit is due upon check-in.

Short down-hill walk to a private snorkeling beach. Small sandy beaches, 5-8 minute ride. A scenic 10-minute ride through part of the National Park takes you to Coral Bay with restaurants and live music, small shops, ATM, petrol and grocery store. You may also rent boats and aquatic gear. The famous National Park beaches are a 30 minute ride. Tropical breezes, beautiful rainbows, amazing starry skies, clean air and serenity. Away from the bustle of town, close to the heart of nature.
