Our duties include but is not limited to;
Applying for and processing of marriage license and certificate and schedule marriage officer
Assisting with selection of wedding site for ceremony and reception
Organizing floral arrangement for bridal party, wedding cake, photographer, and videographer ect.
Complete Development of an agenda for wedding reception and ceremony, musical selection or DJ, personalized wedding menus for brunch, lunch, cocktail or dinner, reception inclusive of an assortment bar selection, from sit-down served to buffet menus to suit your taste, all yours to indulge.
Organizing of transportation of bridal couple and wedding guests to and from wedding site, (if required-and attract an additional charge).
Absolute planning of wedding ceremony and reception including a "Wedding Itinerary" containing the processional/recessional(if required)

We are back home and getting settled into married life. I cannot thank you enough for making our wedding a dream come true. It was even more spectacular than we could have imagined. It was a breathtaking venue and it almost seems like a dream that we were there.
The Minister, flowers, limo, photographer, videographer, DJ and every other detail was perfectly arranged and executed. The service and our meal was amazing . We were also greatly impressed with the Minister who made our ceremony so personable even though he had never met us.
Otis was very professional and we have received many compliments on our pictures. Our DVD is a perfect keepsake of our special day.

Wanted to thank you for such a magnificent job you did on our wedding on July 19th. I have to admit I was a little worried when the thunderstorm rolled in at the exact time I was to meet the driver (Leslie?) in the lobby of our resort.
I thought for sure we would have to go to an alternate location but your quick thinking of using the canopy over the arch and table was brilliant! Everything turned out wonderful. The cake was delicious and the photographs/DVD were beyond exceptional! We were very impressed and pleased with them! Ernie and Kendrick were more than happy to take all of the extra poses I wanted. They were great guys, very friendly and easy to talk to. They treated us like family and took very good care of us when they drove us to pick out our photos.
