This home is much larger than it appears! Located on the golf course it offers your family ample space to move around. Being close to the indoor pool complex, activity pool and restaurant is an extra bonus when renting this home. Your sure to enjoy watching the golfers tee off from the first hole as you sit on your private deck. This home offers a master bedroom with a king size bed, TV/DVD, master bath with whirlpool tub and shower. There is a den attached to the master bedroom with a queen size sofa sleeper, Xbox (bring your own games) and TV, also accessible from the living room. The additional 3 bedrooms each have a queen size bed, one bathroom adjoins 2 of the bedrooms, 3rd bathroom adjoins 4th bedroom and is accessible from the hall as well. The living room has a gas fireplace; queen sofa sleeper, open to the dining area. The kitchen is at the center of the home and includes a dishwasher, breakfast bar with stools, and is open to the dining and another family room with queen sofa sleeper, TV/VCR/DVD. (Some children's movies are supplied in this home) There is a laundry and storage room with washer and dryer, large deck with picnic table and chairs, large charcoal grill, and fire pit.
This home requires a 3 night stay during the Peak Season. A 2 night stay is required during Off Season and Value Season. Weekly discounts are available. Please call direct for season rates and availability. This home sleeps a MAXIMUM OF 14 GUESTS. Rates for this home are based on 8 people over the age of 3 years old; additional person charge is $10 per person/per night. All reservations are subject to a $25 Reservation Fee and a $25 non-refundable Damage Waiver Fee upon making the reservation.
